The role

We are currently seeking a Senior Civil Designer to contribute to the development and production of project deliverables in our Sunshine Coast offices on urban development projects.

You will have developed a sound understanding of civil design principles and advanced skills using 12D and AutoCAD design packages (as a minimum).

We are happy to receive applications from Senior Civil Designers (who typically would have a Diploma in Civil Engineering).  Candidates should have around 8+ years’ experience working in residential land development in one of the Australian capital cities. Previous experience and exposure with Tier 1 development clients would be highly regarded.

The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate:

  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • 12D experience (must have experience in large scale subdivisional design)
  • Proficient in 12D drainage network analysis
  • Fully operational in AutoCAD
  • Problem solving and analytic skills
  • Ability to apply theoretical concepts to analyse and interpret information
  • Ability to effectively manages one's time and workload
  • Exposure within a professional working environment
  • Experience in TMR design standards and drawing production is desirable but not essential
