Following our continued growth and success wining and positioning ourselves to deliver current and future major infrastructure projects across Australia, we are currently seeking BIM Coordinators to work closely with our Technical Services teams in our North Sydney office. These opportunities will be project specific on a contract/casual/fixed-term engagement. These are opportunities to help us to deliver some of ANZ’s most significant infrastructure projects and support SMEC’s impressive growth targets.
Suitable applicants will be/have:
- Minimum 5 years BIM Coordination experience producing working models and drawings.
- BIM and CADD technologies with emphasis on the Autodesk suite of products
- Project enablement – Implement and support BIM Modelling systems set-up for major projects (e.g. JV’s and Alliances) including monitoring, auditing/review of the utilisation and suitability of BIM Modelling on projects as agreed.
- Bachelor, Degree, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree
- Experience working on major transport (road & rail) projects in a similar role
*All of the above would have had experience working on major transport infrastructure projects.
